"Use the Bento Event Planner to track contacts, vendors, tasks, expenses, location details, important files, emails and more - and link them to any event. It's perfect for planning meetings, conferences, tradeshows, weddings, parties and fundraisers."

The templates are free, but require Bento 3, which sells for $49.00 USD. Of course, you can always try it out for free for 30 days to see if you like it. It does integrate nicely with iOS so you can keep all of your changes sync'd together.

Bento, Version 3

Posted by Jeff Campbell in "Apple Software (OS X)" @ 10:08 AM

http://www.9to5mac.com/filemaker_ships_bento_3

"Apple subsidiary, FileMaker, this afternoon introduced the latest iteration of its personal databasing application, Bento, raising the software up to version 3."

Big change with photos with this version, no longer will you have to import, you can just view your photos from within Bento. You can also view in several ways, via Grid view, Table View, Form View or Split View, and you can add additional informational fields above and beyond what you can do within iPhoto. And they have added the ability to link the photos to contacts, projects, events or any data you store in Bento. You can find more out on the Bento page, and they do have a 30-day free trial if you want to give it a test run.
